We are located near the public library, behind the County Health Department.

The ECRSM offices are open Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Refund Policy
It is a policy of ECRP to refund money only when there isn't a minimum registration and program is cancelled.  After a program has started or the activity made, no refunds will be given without a written request and approved by ECRP
